A LARGE THAI GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF GARUDA. The well modelled half man half bird figure wearing a crown with arms raised displaying the open wings, wearing a sampot with large clawed feet. Traces of red colour to inside of mouth and underside of clawed feet. Mounted on a later display stand. Total height and weight including stand approx. 17KG 54cm tall.
No signs of damage or repairs, wear to gilding to note. Damage to front and corner of display stand.
