A CHINESE POTTERY BUDDHIST ZODIAC JAR AND COVER, SONG / YUAN DYNASTY, 12-14th CENTURY. The body decorated with six lotus leaf panels with moulded human figures and the twelve zodiac animals. 31cm height Provenance: From a private Essex collection. Purchased from Abhaya Asian Antiques, Hong Kong 2004.
Condition: Slight loss to top of cover finial. Otherwise in good overall condition for age.
