A CAMBODIAN GLAZED POTTERY JAR, KHMER 12TH CENTURY. The globular body with narrow neck leading into a wide flared and tapered mouth. Covered in a pale brownish glaze with visual crackle. An incised I, with V103 written to base. 15cm height. Provenance: From a private Essex collection. Acquired in 2003.
Condition: Slight minor chip to rim and shoulder. Surface wear throughout.
