A CHINESE PAINTED POTTERY FIGURE OF ARMOURED HORSE AND RIDER, NORTHERN QI DYNASTY (550 – 577). The horse standing on rectangular base with head and body covering, the rider wearing helmet and flowing robe. Decorated with black and reddish pigment. 30cm height.
Provenance: From a private Essex collection. Acquired in 2004.
