A large Chinese 19th century silk embroidery with gold thread, red-ground depicting various exotic birds and butterflies. Unglazed with wood frame. Total frame size 106cm x 45cm
Small areas of damage to the silk background and areas where the embroidery and border have become unstitched. General cosmetic defects to the frame expected for its age.
