A large Sino-Tibetan 19/20th Century bronze figure of Yamantaka. The buffalo and human like faced deity with thirty-four arms clasping Buddhist ritual objects with central arms crossed embracing the consort figure, standing on eight prone figures holding hands in prayer position on top a lotus base. A detachable portion above the main heads which includes part of the hair and two further surmounted heads of the figure. Total weight 8.6KG. Height 42.5cm, width 32cm
No signs of loss. General surface wear expected with age. A screw has been added later to the back panel of arms.
