A Chinese Han dynasty painted pottery tripod ewer and cover. The pottery ewer modelled on the archaic bronze form He. The globular body on three bear feet with an animal form spout and long handle. Possibly of the period (206BC-220AD). Approx. 22cm length by height 14cm
One chip to the cover and a slight indent to the body. General surface wear as expected with age.
