A PAIR OF CHINESE EMBROIDERED SHOES, ANOTHER SIMILAR AND A PAIR OF LACQUERED WOODEN MODELS OF SHOES WITH STOPPERS. The first made from green cotton and embroidered in silk with butterflies and flowerheads, approx. 13.5cm long, the single pale blue silk shoe embroidered with a bird and flowering branches, approx. 12cm long, the wooden shoes with pierced stoppers, decorated with bats, symbols and branches, 10.2cm long
Some wear to shoes overall. The pale blue silk shoe with small old repairs and discolouration/fading to silk, some losses to cream thread tops. Minor wear to lacquered models of shoes.
